What does a day cost?
The rate depends on the number of students, and it applies to every student that day.
For example, 120 students in a day
That day costs
120 × 0.25₾
- 1–500 students 0.25 ₾
- 501+ students 0.20 ₾
A student counts for a day if they were on the roster at any point in it. Archived students aren’t counted.
- 30 days free after sign-up
- 0.00 ₾ for every day in a closed period
- 14 days to pay each invoice

How billing works
You pay only the cost of the days you used.
Counted daily, invoiced monthly, paid by card.

Sign up
Access starts right away at portal.agelios.ge. The first 30 days are free.

Counted every day
Each day counts the students on the roster. Days in the centre’s closed periods are free.

An invoice on the 1st
For the previous month, by email and as a PDF in Billing. A charge under 150.00₾ moves to the next month automatically, for up to three months.

Pay within 14 days
If an invoice runs overdue, access to the portal and the mobile app is limited until it is paid. Billing stays open so you can pay.
Payment
Paid by card
Visa or Mastercard, straight from Billing in the portal.
- Invoices arrive by email to the owner and stay as PDFs in Billing.
- Each invoice is due in 14 days.
- Agelios can’t see your card details and doesn’t store them.
